This paper examines the statistical interplay of research attitude, research skills and research productivity while looking at the potential of its influence towards the researchers of the College of Arts, Criminology, Education and Sciences. The researcher used a quantitative - correlational design to test relationship among variables. The researcher also examined the potential interplay between research attitude and research productivity; and the mediating value of research skills. The respondents of the study are the faculty of the College of Arts, Criminology, Education and Sciences. The results revealed that a statistically significant difference can be drawn on the level of the faculty research skills, when they are grouped according to research attitude. While, on the other hand, the value of research productivity is not statistically affected by the grouping on the respondent’s research attitude. A statistically significant relationship can be seen on the interaction between research attitude and research productivity; however, the value of such interaction diminishes when the research skills mediated. The findings explain the critical role on the development and improvement of teacher’s skills in research in order to maximize productivity. At the end of the study, the researcher proposes a research productivity tracker and dashboard to aid the college in attaining its research development goals. The tracker will also help the college in designing proper programs and create the right training for its faculty - researchers.
